Job Summary:
Are you detail-oriented love solving puzzles and enjoy keeping things organized This role is perfect for someone looking to break into the world of product management while making an immediate impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love being the connection between teams this is your opportunity to grow within a product-driven culture. Youll help bring order to chaos by owning the backlogs and ensuring the dev teams are set up for success by operationalizing the H0 and H1 product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and maintain product backlogs in Azure DevOps across multiple teams.
- Organize and distribute H0/H1 planning artifacts across development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and groom backlog items.
- Track sprint readiness and support sprint planning with up-to-date documentation.
- Facilitate communication between delivery teams and the product team
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in a product training project coordination or business analyst role.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (ADO Monday Lucid).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Experience in software delivery or technical environments a plus

Salary Range: CAD $45000- CAD $60000.
