Job Summary

The Brand & Integrated Marketing (BIM) team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives across Fire TVs owned digital channels. This role will have program ownership of our global email marketing program manage the Fire TV blog as a key content marketing channel and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business outcomes for the Fire TV storefront website.

Key job responsibilities
- Own strategy execution and optimization of Fire TVs global email marketing program

- Develop email segmentation strategies and personalization approaches to improve customer engagement and conversion

- Manage email calendar campaign planning and cross-functional stakeholder alignment

- Track and report on email performance metrics conducting A/B testing to continuously improve results

- Serve as the primary owner of the Fire TV blog developing content strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives

- Measure blog performance and iterate on content strategy based on engagement metrics and business impact

- Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to develop marketing strategies that drive business outcomes for the Fire TV storefront recommendations
- Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive conversion on the storefront

Youre constantly connecting dots between email blog and website - ensuring Fire TVs owned channels work cohesively to drive customer engagement and business results across global markets.

The Brand & Integrated Marketing (BIM) team brings Fire TV to life through creative campaigns owned channels and strategic partnerships. Were a collaborative fast-paced team that loves turning big ideas into measurable impact. We connect customers with the content and features theyll love and have fun doing it.

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
