As a Business Manager - Global Finance within the International Consumer Banking FBM team you will be responsible for monthly official submission of the headcount and other expense forecast and budget cycle coordinating across all ICB business managers promoting key initiatives including headcount planning and forecasting model optimization location planning insight and reporting and finance transformation-related activities across global teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting headcount planning and resource optimization models that enable data-driven decision-making across multiple global sites.
- Perform analysis and deliver monthly reporting on headcount actuals and forecast; and provide insights and recommendations to the head of the group.
- Manage position management process to ensure active positions are in alignment with budget.
- Partner with ICB Financial Planning & Analysis team on the monthly review of comp and non-comp expenses.
- Engage on transformation agenda efforts driving adoption of data science team models and tools and identifying opportunities to streamline our processes.
- Prepare executive presentations and provide internal coordination on deliverables as well as ad-hoc project management support.
- Manage a small team of analysts and associates
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or other related area
- 5 years of experience in Business Management or Planning and Analysis roles
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to establish excellent internal relationships across a broad range of functions
- Self-motivated detail oriented and able to work with high degree of independence
