We are seeking a self-motivated flexible team-oriented Developer/Programmer Co-op in our Technical Support function to help develop tools to improve capabilities and effectiveness of the Technical Support organization. These tools are necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for our existing customers. These tools would assist support and QA staff with log analysis automation and reporting.

Please note - Start date is June 2026 and this is for 6 months full time.

Qualifications:

Creating scripts and tools to improve supports ability to diagnose technical problems.

Updating and maintaining existing tools organizing and updating the lab environment.

Strong knowledge in the areas of API functionality MVC frameworks and databases

Ability to script in multiple languages like Python Perl Powershell C# Bootstrap and its related libraries

Ability to learn and take on new and exciting challenges

Experience demonstrating outstanding tools and designs with best practices in distributed systems

Experience with Full Stack development as well as knowledge with design/development frameworks

Nice to have: Nodejs Flask MERN stack Javascript GitHub/BitBucket. Linux.
