Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Manager
Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Clinical Leadership Opportunity Urgent Care
Overview
Were seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ready to step into a hybrid leadership rolecombining hands-on patient care with oversight of a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This is an opportunity to lead mentor and influence care delivery while staying clinically active in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
What Youll Do
Clinical (75%)
Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of acute conditions (e.g. respiratory illness minor injuries infections)
Perform procedures such as suturing splinting and wound care
Order and interpret diagnostics (X-rays EKGs labs)
Identify higher-acuity cases and appropriately escalate to ER when needed
Deliver high-quality patient-centered care across all age groups
Leadership & Operations (25%)
Lead and directly supervise a team of APPs within the service line
Coach and mentor providers to improve clinical quality and performance
Monitor key metrics (clinical operational patient satisfaction) and drive improvements
Partner with Medical Directors and site leaders on staffing workflows and provider utilization
Support onboarding training and ongoing development of APPs
Promote a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
Current licensure as a PA or NP
Board certification in either Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
Ability to treat adult and pediatric patients
Prior administrative and leadership experience
