ASSYST is seeking a skilled Business Analyst Finance to support our client in Tallahassee FL
Location: Tallahassee FL
Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099)
Position: Onsite No Remote Work Allowed

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate SME sessions to assess PALM impacts on FDLE accounting systems
- Document current and future-state business processes using BPMN
- Gather and document business requirements use cases and process flows
- Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Create and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts
- Perform QA testing (functional integration regression UAT support)
- Track and manage defects using JIRA
- Prepare process crosswalks between legacy and PALM systems
- Maintain project documentation (issue logs change logs decision logs action items)
- Provide daily status updates to the Business Support Program Manager
- Support SME training and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience on large-scale enterprise software projects
- Strong BPMN expertise
- Experience in requirements documentation and test planning
- Hands-on QA/testing experience and defect management in JIRA
- Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
Preferred
- Oracle eBS experience
- MS Project MS Visio
- BA Certifications (ECBA CCBA CBAP PBA)
