Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Lead SME for Youth engagement in the community and advise the SO2 Engt Plans and Ops on opportunities.

2. Plan deliver and assure regional Engt (INFORM UNDERSTAND ATTRACT) with key youth TA iaw HQ RC Engt OpO.

3. Plan deliver coordinate and support youth engagement in the communities.

4. Establish and develop relationships with delivery partners and provide advice as required.

5. Establish and maintain contacts with stakeholders liaising with ext agencies HQ Staff and ARes units to deliver youth engagement.

6. Identify opportunities for other youth engagement.

7. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
