Job Description:
The Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) Resiliency function is committed to safeguarding employees clients and shareholder interests by ensuring the continuity of critical business operations during any physical disruption. This function provides a formal centralized framework for enterprise-wide oversight of the control environment and partners closely with firmwide Business Resiliency and Line of Business resiliency teams to deliver integrated and effective resiliency strategies.
As an Associate within the RM&C Business Resiliency team you will drive comprehensive resiliency planning and execution ensuring the organization can withstand and rapidly recover from disruptions. Your efforts will protect customers the firm and the integrity of the broader market. You will collaborate across multiple teams to uphold firmwide standards foster operational excellence and strengthen the organizations overall resiliency posture.
