About the Role
The Platforms Optimisation Lead plays a key role in ensuring our customerfacing operational platforms are stable efficient and continuously improving.
Operating in a fastpaced environment you will be responsible for optimising platforms such as Zendesk Salesforce Operative Intelligence and Genesys Cloud. You will partner closely with Technology Product Compliance and Operations teams as well as external vendors to deliver platform improvements that enhance both customer and agent experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of business technology and delivery. You will balance daytoday platform operations with strategic initiatives change management and innovation helping ensure our platforms scale effectively and support future growth.
What Youll Do
- Platform Strategy Optimisation and Change Management: Lead optimisation and solution design to improve platform performance usability and ROI Identify pain points build business cases and deliver experienceled measurable enhancements & Lead change management to ensure platform updates are tested adopted and embedded
- Business as Usual Operations: Monitor platform health data integrity and compliance requirements & Troubleshoot issues support ad hoc requests and maintain documentation
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure strong delivery and support Partner with Product Technology Compliance and Operations teams to align platform capability with business needs

- Have experience in platform optimisation system administrationproject management or business analysis
- Are confident working with CRM platforms and customer service tools

- Enjoy identifying pain points and delivering experienceled improvements
- Understand system architecture and solution design principles
- Are comfortable working in a fast moving change driven environment
Experience with Zendesk Salesforce or Genesys Cloud technical stakeholders or basic coding skills will be highly regarded.
