Job Summary

Were looking for an experiencedStores & Facilities Leader to take ownership of site stores facilities and non-production assets - making sure the right parts services and standards are always in place to keep our brewery running safely smoothly and at the lowest sustainable cost.

This is a hands-on site-based leadership role where youll work closely with Engineering Packaging and Brewing teams and play a key part in delivering our broader asset care and reliability strategy.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position based at our Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe.

What youll be responsible for:

Report to the Engineering Manager youll lead a team of 3 and own the end-to-end strategy for stores and facilities on site including:

  • Build and deliver the site stores & facilities strategy aligned to Total Asset Management.
  • Lead materials management to support asset care reliability and site needs.
  • Manage site facilities and non-production assets (buildings fire systems pest control security).
  • Own supplier and contractor management including governance and commercial agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives.
  • Oversee purchasing processes KPIs reporting and CMMS data.
  • Lead and develop the stores and facilities team with safety as the top priority.
  • Manage minor capital works and support broader site initiatives.

What were looking for:

  • Background in engineering or reliability within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in stores facilities or materials management.
  • Strong understanding of how stores support engineering and asset care outcomes.
  • Proven people leadership experience (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Commercially minded with the ability to negotiate supplier agreements.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across functions.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and continuous improvement frameworks (MEX / TRACC desirable).
