About the Role

As part of our dynamic supply team you will play a key role in delivering an efficient and reliable supply service across the hospital. You will be responsible for receiving processing storing and distributing stock while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive check and accurately record deliveries in line with hospital and inventory procedures.
  • Store and distribute medical and non-medical consumables across hospital departments including Theatre where required.
  • Maintain daily stock replenishment using SAP including scanning put-away and picking of stock.
  • Maintain impress stock areas in accordance with private licensing requirements ensuring correct labelling and bin locations.
  • Support inventory management through stocktakes imprest reviews and maintenance of material master data in SAP.
  • Respond to supply enquiries and urgent requests from hospital staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with vendors and transport providers regarding deliveries schedules and supply issues.
  • Uphold workplace health and safety standards including safe manual handling practices at all times.

What Youll Bring

Essential:

  • Previous experience in supply logistics or purchasing.
  • SAP or similar inventory management experience.
  • Strong teamwork communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare supply setting.
  • Experience in Purchasing or SAP.
