Description

The Modjeski and Masters (M&M) Marketing Department is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern interested in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector. This intern will support the corporate marketing team in tracking preparing and submitting high-quality content in response to government Requests for Proposals or Qualifications (RFP/Qs). This internship offers hands-on experience in proposal development coordination compliance and data management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn organized and ready to contribute in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Current enrollment in a bachelors degree program in Communications Public Relations Journalism or Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude willingness to receive feedback and commitment to professional growth.

What Youll Do

  • Assist in the development and deployment of internal and external communications including corporate public relations and social media posts.
  • Support the creation and curation of digital content for the organizations website and social media channels.
  • Help ensure communications and materials align with brand guidelines and organizational goals.
  • Participate in planning and tracking communications schedules and milestones.
  • Contribute to editing and refining written content for clarity and consistency.
  • Help organize and support company events conferences and public relations activities.
  • Support conference planning and organization efforts.
  • Help maintain digital asset libraries and project files.
  • Monitor industry news and analytics to identify opportunities for meaningful content and engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned with opportunities for mentorship and skill development.
