Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing
No two days look exactly the same this role youll:
- Partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations initiatives and team needs
- Oversee multiple departments and collaborate with team leads to set goals review performance and keep everyone aligned
- Lead pre-shift meetings staff orientations and support training for new hires
- Help build schedules learning paths and mentorships for team members
- Be a visible hands-on leader on the floor setting the tone through professionalism communication and teamwork
- Support guest experience by responding to questions resolving issues and keeping the front of house running smoothly
- Ensure all areas are clean organized safe and guest-ready
- Assist with special events promotions league preparation and day-to-day coordination
- Monitor inventory and supplies and communicate needs to leadership
- Operate POS systems make announcements and support lane and amusement operations as needed
- Handle opening and closing duties and help ensure safety security and proper use of company property
- Respond to incidents or injuries and complete required documentation when needed

What Were Looking For
Youll be a great fit if you have:
- A high school diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
- 4 years of guest service experience and 24 years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication organization and leadership skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic systems
- The ability to stay calm positive and professional in a busy environment
The Environment
- Fast-paced high-energy setting with large crowds kids music and lighting effects
- Youll be on your feet moving throughout the facility and lifting up to 50 lbs
- This role requires flexible availability including evenings weekends and longer shifts when needed
