Job Summary
Marketing Communications & Business Development Activities
- Formulate marketing and promotional strategies to continue to strengthen the hotels F&B brands
- Create values to guests through specific campaigns driving revenues to each individual outlet
- Develop and consolidate an annual communications plan with specific goals and budgets for all restaurants with specific action plans to support hotels overall F&B goals
- Act as a strategic partner with the business units stakeholders to understand their needs to design and execute appropriate promotional programs or tactical actions
- Develop and nurture existing and new F&B distribution channels covering local and oversea brand exposure
- Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of on-going promotional channels setting KPIs for future collaboration projects
- Prepare monthly performance reports outlining area of improvement and or new business action plan
- Work with Marcom team to contribute creative stories experiences and ideas to generate interest followers translating into commercial values
- Conduct regular updates competitor analysis and marketing research and stay up-to-date with market intelligence trends to stay ahead and being competitive
- Develop and build strong distribution partners (ie Dining City Klook OTL etc) increasing both audience reach and awareness
- Find & develop potential partnership ie Airline credit card companies luxury brands for tactical promotions and brand building
Managing Communication Activities
- Work with the DOSM DOFB and Marcom team to identify F&B creative campaigns and or media plans
- Optimize hotels available channels ie 7Rooms in-house communication channels promoting F&B activities
- Collaborate with Marcom team ensuring our distribution channels are constantly updated with latest F&B promotion fresh contents and or stories
Managing Direct Marketing Activities
- Takes an integrated approach to DM activities ensuring a consistent and quality image is projected.
- Assists the DOSM in the planning implementation and tracking of electronic marketing activities.
Job Requirement
- University Graduate with discipline in Food & Beverages Hotel Management or related fields.
- Minimum 3-year manager / supervisor experience gained from F&B marketing communications F&B operations or related preferably from a luxury hotel with multiple outlets or from independent restaurant group
- Great communication and negotiation skill proactive independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good command on both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Conduct regular updates competitor analysis and marketing research and stay up-to-date with market intelligence trends to stay ahead and being competitive
- Develop and build strong distribution partners (ie Dining City Klook OTL etc) increasing both audience reach and awareness
- Find & develop potential partnership ie Airline credit card companies luxury brands for tactical promotions and brand building
