Role Summary and Impact

As a Professional / Mid-Level Software Engineer youll join a cross-disciplinary team of engineers designers strategists and product experts. Youll play a key role in delivering accessible secure performant and scalable applications that make a real impact all while developing your skills and contributing to a supportive learning-focused engineering community.

What youll do

• Design build and evolve modern digital products using C# TypeScript and React (as applied to and Remix).
• Develop APIs and backend services Core and relational databases supporting composable and data-driven architectures.
• Build cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azureusing Terraformfor Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage CI/CD pipelineswith Azure DevOpsto automate build and deployment processes.
• Work closely with Product UX Strategy and DevOps specialists to co-create high-quality outcome-focused solutions.
• Integrate with headless SaaS tools like Contentful DatoCMS Prismic Algolia and others in the composable ecosystem.
• Apply DevOps and performance engineering practices including caching observability and scalability to deliver resilient products.
• Contribute to our Software Engineering discipline sharing knowledge and helping shape how we build and deliver technology at Code.

Youll likely have experience developing web applications in a modern technology stack and a strong foundation in both back-end and front-end development.

Wed love you to have:

• Experience with C# / .NET Core TypeScript and React ( / Remix).
• A good grasp of relational database design and API development.
• Practical experience deploying to Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with headless CMS and composable architectures.
• A passion for building products that are accessible performant secure and user-centred.
• A collaborative mindset you value working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and learning from others.
