Job Summary

Mission Recruiting represents an employer-side employment law practice seeking a Managing Attorney to run day-to-day operations elevate attorney performance and drive consistent client outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure coaching talent and staying close to the work.

Core Responsibilities

Lead practice execution: staffing workflow deadlines and quality control across matters
Manage and mentor attorneys: training feedback accountability and performance standards
Serve as senior advisor to employer clients on risk strategy and resolution options
Oversee complex employment litigation including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters
Support growth: business development partnership origination credit and sustained client stewardship

Compensation and benefits

Salary range: $150000 to $300000 DOE with bonus opportunities realization incentives and 15% origination credit. Benefits include health insurance contribution disability coverage PTO and sick time bar dues coverage CLE reimbursement phone reimbursement and a marketing budget.
