Core Responsibilities
- Lead practice execution: staffing workflow deadlines and quality control across matters
- Manage and mentor attorneys: training feedback accountability and performance standards
- Serve as senior advisor to employer clients on risk strategy and resolution options
- Oversee complex employment litigation including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters
- Support growth: business development partnership origination credit and sustained client stewardship
Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $150000 to $300000 DOE with bonus opportunities realization incentives and 15% origination credit. Benefits include health insurance contribution disability coverage PTO and sick time bar dues coverage CLE reimbursement phone reimbursement and a marketing budget.
