The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Lead coach and mentor the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
- Manage sales budgets and forecast future sales trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and legal requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers manufacturers and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPI management.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
