You will work across the organization to strengthen our product portfolio drive improvement initiatives and ensure readiness in delivery lifecycle management and commercial processes. With a structured approach and strong collaboration skills you will help position KM for continued growth in the global energy market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for growth in the Energy aftermarket segment
Lead and support product leads and strategic concept roles
Strengthen and optimize the aftermarket portfolio through enhanced products services and business models
Assess competence and capacity needs to ensure organizational readiness
Support commercial activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Build strong relationships with customers partners and internal stakeholders
Monitor performance improve processes and secure efficient delivery of aftermarket solutions
Key Experiences and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Energy Management or similar
Experience within energy development aftermarket growth or product management
Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
Experience leading teams in a matrix organization
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
Experience with CRM systems or digital platforms is beneficial
