About the role

Join the Celfocus Training Operations Team and play a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences! We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the implementation execution and monitoring of our training this role you will ensure seamless administrative and operational support for learning sessions contributing to a high-quality training environment. Working closely with Knowledge Leads BU Training Advisors and Trainers you will monitor training effectiveness manage reporting processes and oversee the compilation and delivery of training assessments.

As a part of your job you will:

• Support the implementation of the training programs and their execution and monitoring;

• Guarantee learning sessions administrative and operational support;

• Monitor training effectiveness and reporting in collaboration with Knowledge Leads BU Training Advisors and Trainers;

• Deliver and monitor training assessment compilation and reporting.

What are we looking for

• MS Office as a user;

• Good communication skills;

• Proactive mindset.
  

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in training support (operational and administrative).

Personal traits

• Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;

• Willingness to collaborate with other players;

• Strong communication skills.
