We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agent Roadside Operations (m/f/d) to strengthen our European Roadside this role youll take ownership of operational control ensure quality assurance and manage rapid escalations to keep our roadside services running smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and collaborate with external partners to continuously monitor live assistance cases and global partner performance while also supporting our After Claims Customer Service team. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You ensure real-time service quality control by continuously monitoring ongoing assistance cases and partner performance
- You drive operational efficiency and take ownership of escalation management to secure smooth service delivery
- You contribute to an outstanding customer experience by proactively identifying improvement opportunities
- You support and coordinate after claim handling processes in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Background Customer service experience with a strong focus on Roadside Assistance
- Analytical Skills Strong analytical and technical mindset; experience with fraud detection systems is a plus
- Organizational Skills Proactive working style with a clear customer-first approach
- Technical Skills Comfortable working with cross-functional data dashboards and reporting tools
- Working Style You thrive in a flexible work environment are comfortable working in a 24/7 shift model and appreciate the option to work remotely or from our office during day shifts.
- Language Skills Fluent English skills; additional languages such as French Italian or Dutch are a plus
