What Youll Be Doing
Join us as we bring Compare the Market (CTM) and iSelects finance operations together. This is a highimpact role where your work directly influences systems processes reporting and the way people across the business engage with Finance.
Youll be stepping into an exciting transformation phase which has us modernising accounting operations uplifting the quality of reporting and strengthening how we use technology.
You will:
- Lead the daytoday accounting operations for CTM working closely with the iSelect team to streamline processes
- Own monthend delivery (journals reconciliations analysis - and ensure results land accurately and on time)
- Champion the rollout of TechOne bringing new processes to life and helping the team get the most out of our new ERP
- Prepare timely and compliant financial statements aligned across brands
- Support Group Finance on tax and statutory obligations
- Support internal and external audits maintain strong controls and shape accounting policies as we evolve
- Identity opportunities to streamline workflows simplify reporting and embed continuous improvement across finance
- Coach and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative capable and forwardthinking finance culture

What Sets You Apart
Were looking for a qualified finance professional with confidence across statutory reporting and core accounting.A solid background in industry finance (5 years) is ideal with any Big 4 experience a bonus!Youll also have:
- Strong technical skills - especially with financial statements notes preparation and Excel
- Curiosity and willingness to learn especially when it comes to system improvements and new ways of working
- A calm organised approach that helps you stay on top of deadlines and competing priorities
- Clear thoughtful communication and the ability to build positive relationships across the business
- A teamfocused mindset - someone who enjoys helping others sharing knowledge and contributing to a supportive finance environment
