We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This role supports the development assembly and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems used in specialized manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented safety-conscious and comfortable working with both hand tools and basic test equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components devices and subsystems following blueprints and work instructions
Perform wiring soldering terminating and crimping for cables and assemblies
Assemble lamp housings ignition components and other part assemblies
Perform kitting of components such as RF screens reflectors and magnetrons
Conduct low-level testing and maintain accurate documentation including work orders and travelers
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols
Learn and apply best practices to support more advanced assembly tasks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associates degree in electronics is a plus
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferably with electrical/electronic systems
Basic knowledge of hand tools power tools and electronic test equipment
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts and assemblies
Basic math skills including metric system fractions and decimals
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work at heights as needed
Good vision and color differentiation
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
