THE GIST:
Our client an accomplished tech executive is looking for Personal Assistant to support them & their young family based in Burlingame. This role will be responsible for expertly streamlining the day to day household operations of their home & family life. The ideal candidate has personal support experience and will bring their proactive nature reliability & professionalism to the position.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Manage household operations and daily needs for the executive & their family
- Assist with personal matters such as booking appointments making reservations family travel etc.
- Oversee household renovations & remodeling projects furniture purchases and general ongoing maintenance
- Run errands stock household items & groceries and oversee home organization
- Help hire & coordinate with household staff (nannies babysitters chef gardener etc.)
- Respond to issues or urgent matters at the household when needed (broken appliances last minute deliveries etc.)
- Assist with family gatherings & party planning gifting and sending invitations/thank you cards
- Oversee vehicle maintenance & upkeep
- Process household expenses and invoices
- Assist with ad hoc needs & tasks
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Household Manager or Family Assistant
- Must have a valid Drivers License & reliable form of transportation
- Previous experience managing home renovations and/or construction projects highly preferred
- Superb attention to detail - crossing every t and dotting every i
- Availability outside traditional business hours for urgent matters
- Positive and professional communication style
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with competing priorities
- Reliable & resourceful nature
- Service-oriented mindset
