We are in search of an Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Executive to be part of our exciting team. This is a hybrid position that involves 3 days a week in-office work and/or meetings at the client site. Candidates must be based in the Reston VA/ Washington DC area.

What youll do

A SaaS Sales Executive works to identify qualify and deliver Oracles revolutionary SaaS and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud.

  • Achieves or exceeds the monthly quarterly and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products.
  • Values collaboration and giving back by mentoring and coaching other team members
  • Responsible for the territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
  • Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.
  • Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.
  • Becomes a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts.
  • Follows all companies methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
  • Travel required

Your portfolio

What youll bring

  • 7 years of relevant experience selling SaaS or enterprise software; strong record in Public Sector preferred.
  • Proven success managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and solution shaping to contract negotiation and post-sales handoff.
  • Ability to navigate complex non-routine pursuits and collaborate across cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Leadership mindset with a coaching orientation; BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations signing and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $113100 to $185100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
