We are seeking a Program Administrator Operations Support & Compliance to join our growing team.
The Program Administrator provides daily operational support and compliance oversight across all Infinity Replacement markets. As a trusted partner to field leadership and operations teams this role ensures consistent processes adherence to regulatory and safety requirements and a superior customer experience.
This individual will optimize workflows monitor performance support key operating systems and represent the Infinity Replacement brand with professionalism and integrity.
Highlights of your role
- Support field leadership and operations teams with daily operational and compliance needs
- Manage regulatory research background checks licensing and accurate record keeping
- Conduct compliance audits and provide performance reporting
- Identify and resolve process or compliance issues
- Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation
- Manage installer onboarding and regulatory requirements
- Use systems such as Salesforce CRM platforms Infinity Designer Origami and Avalara
- Communicate clearly with field teams and represent the Infinity Replacement brand professionally
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelors degree in business management legal studies project management or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of home improvement/remodeling industry standards and relevant business regulations.
- Strong riskassessment capability and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work both independently and crossfunctionally.
- Ability to identify operational gaps and recommend training or process improvements.
- High proficiency with technology systems spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
