We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Control Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory management and warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock levels efficient warehouse processes and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate stock levels across all product categories
- Implement and manage stock control systems to reduce discrepancies and losses
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits
- Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving storage and dispatch
- Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency
- Team Leadership:
- Lead train and manage warehouse staff promoting accountability and teamwork
- Allocate tasks monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Develop staff schedules to meet operational requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand and meet service expectations
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels discrepancies and warehouse performance
- Analyse inventory trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align stock availability with demand
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of logistics distribution and supply chain processes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
