Job Title: Product Manager Digital Risk & Authorization Platforms Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Manager with 5 8 years of experience in digital product development and platform modernization. This role will lead the migration of risk functionality from legacy authorization systems to modern authorization platforms and network layers driving innovation simplification and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision strategy and multi-phase roadmap for risk platform modernization and authorization migration.
Identify opportunities for system simplification consolidation performance optimization and enhanced network-based risk decisioning.
Build manage and prioritize a well-defined product backlog aligned with business objectives.
Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure on-time delivery high quality and architectural alignment.
Coordinate functional testing performance validation and end-to-end readiness assessments.
Facilitate cross-domain alignment on migration strategy risk controls customer impact and timelines.
Communicate progress risks dependencies and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Drive global development initiatives for card applications in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making experimentation and product strategy.
Define and monitor KPIs tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure product performance.

Required Qualifications

5 8 years of Product Management experience.
Experience in payments risk systems platform modernization or large-scale technology transformation.
Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and Agile methodologies (SAFe Agile preferred).
Experience working with collaboration tools such as Rally Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) Slack.
Strong analytical skills with foundational data expertise (SQL table building querying).
Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and identify creative incremental improvements.
Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced evolving environments.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field.
