Job Summary
Lead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers to enhance equipment availability OEE and process capability. Utilize structured reliability methods (TPM RCCA PFMEA predictive maintenance) to eliminate chronic losses and stabilize throughput. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering Maintenance and Production to embed a reliability-focused culture and standard work.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Electrical Manufacturing Industrial)
- Minimum 10 years of experience
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Black Belt certified
- CNC machining Centers & misc. assets maintenance
- Statistical & reliability data analytics & root cause analysis
- Llumin CMMS
- Microsoft O365 / Power BI
(Desired)
- Project Management New Capital Introduction (NCI)
- Hands-on CNC experience including machine setup
- Operation / Programming / Coaching
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Clear and fluent English with both oral and written communications
- Growth mindset aggressive and outgoing to learn processes at Caterpillar
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Work with a sense of urgency but must be balanced with priorities given to Safety & Ergonomics as well as Quality.
