Job Summary

Position Title: SAP/HR Business Project Lead

Work Location: Columbia SC

Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a resident of the Eastern time zone AND willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a SAP/HR Business Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Help improve and manage the HR and Finance computer systems
Work mainly with SAP
Act as a bridge between business teams (HR/Finance) and IT
Make sure systems are working correctly and efficiently
Help with system upgrades and improvements
Create reports and dashboards
Train staff on how to use the systems
Make sure everything follows security and government rules

Required Qualifications:

5 Years of Experience with analyzing documenting and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies.
5 Years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems.
3 Years of Experience with HR/Payroll processes data privacy standards (e.g. HIPAA FLSA) and regulatory compliance frameworks.
5 Years of Experience with creating user guides SOPs and technical documentation.
3 Years of Experience with reporting dashboard creation and data visualization in SAP or Power BI
5 Years of Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint OneDrive Teams).

Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field of work or 10 years equivalent work experience.
