Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) PPEC Setting

Clewiston FL 1099 Independent Contractor $55 $60/hour Full Caseload

A pediatric therapy provider is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) program. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity offering a full consistent caseload and stable daytime hours.

Position Highlights

Full caseload in a PPEC setting
Consistent daytime schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
30 40 hours per week
Collaborative interdisciplinary team (nursing OT PT caregivers)
Facility-based setting (no travel required)

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy to medically complex pediatric patients
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address communication language AAC and feeding/swallowing needs
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Provide caregiver education and support

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active and unencumbered Florida SLP license
Pediatric experience required
Swallowing/dysphagia experience required
CCC-SLP preferred (CFY considered depending on experience)
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Details

$55.00 $60.00 per hour
1099 Independent Contractor
Flexible schedule within consistent daytime hours
