Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large complex datasets (e.g. inventory turnover sales forecasts customer behavior) to identify trends patterns and areas for operational improvement.
Data Visualization: Build maintain and update interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
Data Cleaning & Management: Gather data from various sources (SQL databases ERP systems spreadsheets) cleaning and validating it to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
Supply Chain/Operations Support: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics inventory levels and order fulfillment to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT marketing and operations teams to define business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Actionable Insights: Translate technical findings into plain non-technical language to help executives make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
- SQL: Essential for querying databases and extracting data.
- Excel: Advanced knowledge of formulas macros and pivot tables.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
- Programming (Plus): Experience with Python or R for data analysis is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze model and interpret complex data sets with attention to detail.
