We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong MDM and endpoint management exposure to support the modernization of the Software Asset Management (SAM) system. The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze existing data structures document requirements and support the implementation of the target-state SAM architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Perform requirement elicitation and business analysis with stakeholders.
- Conduct business process mapping and information flow analysis.
- Analyze data sources data structures and system integrations.
- Prepare detailed requirement documentation for SAM system modernization.
- Support vendor RFI preparation and evaluation activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions to gather business and technical requirements.
- Document as-is and target-state data architecture for asset management systems.
- Collaborate with BA and client teams to ensure accurate data mapping and governance.
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst
- MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- Data analysis and documentation skills
- Microsoft Intune
- CrowdStrike
- Windows / Endpoint Management
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) concepts
- Experience working with enterprise device management tools
