Job Summary

ITSM / ITIL Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and improve core ITIL processes such as Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Request Management and Knowledge Management.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs OLAs and IT governance frameworks.
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitor ITSM tool (SNOW) dashboards and maintain data accuracy for reporting.
  • Collaborate with ops and technical teams to resolve high-priority and major incidents.
  • Conduct periodic service reviews and process health assessments.
  • Maintain the service catalog CMDB updates and IT asset information.


**Project Management Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in planning coordinating and tracking small-to-medium IT projects.
  • Prepare project documentation: project plans timelines scope documents and status reports.
  • Monitor project risks issues and dependencies; ensure timely mitigation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement gathering resource alignment and milestone updates.
  • Support project execution following PMO standards and organizational templates.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies if applicable.


**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • ITIL Foundation v3/v4 Certification (mandatory/preferred).
  • PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 / Agile (Scrum Master) is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level IT operations.
