Mandatory Skills:
Strong ITSM background with hands-on experience in Incident Management
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Optional / Good to Have Skills:
Experience in ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer
Knowledge of ServiceNow Analytics and Reporting
Basic understanding of ITIL processes
