Job Summary

Quality Associate (Contract) - Bengaluru

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Associate to join our team on a contract basis in the vibrant city of Bengaluru Karnataka. Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the healthcare industry.
Assist in the development review and execution of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Ensure adherence to GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Distribution Practices) guidelines.
Manage documentation control processes ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough record reviews to verify compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in quality audits and inspections as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

Master of Science (MS) or Master of Science (.) in Science.
1 to 3 years of experience in a quality role preferably within the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in CAPA management.
Solid understanding of GMP/GDP principles.
Experience with documentation control and record review processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
