We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Associate to join our team on a contract basis in the vibrant city of Bengaluru Karnataka. - Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the healthcare industry.
- Assist in the development review and execution of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ensure adherence to GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Distribution Practices) guidelines.
- Manage documentation control processes ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough record reviews to verify compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science (MS) or Master of Science (.) in Science.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality role preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in CAPA management.
- Solid understanding of GMP/GDP principles.
- Experience with documentation control and record review processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
