Measures of success Strategic Impact:

Audience Planning Rigor: Successful use of audience planning tools (TGI GWI YouGov etc.) to create actionable insight-led targeting strategies adopted across campaigns.

New initiatives: Adoption of at least 23 new media strategic recommendations that set benchmarks internally or within the category.

Cross-Functional Influence: Strategic media thinking embedded into marketing planning processes and recognized by leadership team

Process Excellence: Media planning briefing and evaluation processes are standardized scalable and adopted across teams or business units.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Operationalized audience-first planning using tools like TGI GWI YouGov Comscore or platform-specific dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of media audience tools & analysis across traditional & new-age platforms and ecosystems
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in consumer tech FMCG or youth-driven brands is a plus
  • 7-9 years of experience in media strategy brand partnerships or integrated marketing

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in tools like TGI GWI comScore and AOP & scenario planning
  • Strong ability to dissect complex brand market competitive and internal data to build brand strategy and achieve brand goals
  • Experience in Media & platforms
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Presenting a compelling strategic narrative to diverse audiences: senior leadership client teams and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
