Job Summary

Job Description
We are looking for a senior role in Service now support as they will need to be self-sufficient & able to troubleshoot mostly on their own and engage w/ stakeholders w/ little oversight needed.
Basic Skills

ServiceNow Platform Proficiency: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules ( Service Request).
Web Development: Experience with web technologies like JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Scripting: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript/Glide Business Rules
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze issues identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
Good to have experience on NowAssist

Critical/Must-have Skills:

ServiceNow Portal Experience (and UI Pages)
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management): timecard management resource allocation at a minimum
Integrations (8 integrations): REST 3rd party integration layer file imports
Custom Scoped application
