Your role:
Were in business to save our home planet. This role will contribute to this purpose executing Patagonia EMEA supply planning processes creating and maintaining the right supply flow for the region and aligning global supply with EMEA demand. The Supply Planner focuses on seamless operational executionrunning supply reviews executing shipment decisions and maintaining visibility through reportingwhile collaborating closely with the Supply & Inventory Planning Lead and other stakeholders to deliver optimal product availability and operational efficiency. The Supply Planner also contributes to the development of tools to increase the process efficiency and maintains strong stakeholders relationships.
Main tasks:
Supply planning execution: Run the Buy review meetings with Global Supply and ensure EMEA supply plans are aligned with demand. Provide regular feedback to EMEA demand planners on the expected global supply to ensure continuous connection between both teams and plans.
Shipment & Delay Management:Coordinate shipment scheduling from the US warehouse including air shipments and take immediate action to resolve delays. Ensure timely delivery to EMEA distribution points and retail channels.
Reporting: Maintain accurate supply status reports and dashboards providing stakeholders with clear visibility on on-time performance and upcoming risks. Share updates regularly through established meeting platforms.
Stakeholder management. Be recognized as a trusted partner within Patagonia EMEA for Supply topics maintaining strong connections with stakeholders ensuring their understanding of supply and collaborating to reach our collective business objectives.
Process & Tool Development: Contribute to the improvement of planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy within supply. Work under the supervision of the Supply Planning Lead to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions that strengthen operational performance.

We have a hybrid work model working from home for maximum 3 days per week
