Your role:

Were in business to save our home planet. The Web Content & Customer Journey Lead is responsible for managing the seasonal content calendar and weekly publishing workflow for Patagonias EMEA eCommerce platform. This role ensures that product and brand content are balanced across regional customer journeys and that web content updates are delivered accurately and on time. It operates within EMEA reporting to the eCommerce Trade Manager and collaborates with global digital marketing and development teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize onsite engagement.


Main tasks:

Web Seasonal content calendar Management. Collaborate in creating and execute the EMEA seasonal campaign calendar ensuring seamless continuity during the interim period. Coordinate with Product Marketing and Global teams to secure all required assets and content inputs. Deliver campaign ready pages on time accurately reflecting commercial priorities and brand storytelling. Support seasonal milestones (Season Kick-Off Hindsight reviews) by preparing inputs and reporting on campaign performance and tactics.

Weekly web release planning and QA. Run the weekly publishing workflow by briefing front-end developers running QA and aligning stakeholders on scope and priorities. Ensure web content updates are delivered across all languages and regions in line with campaign and trading timelines and that technical implementation meets functional and visual expectations.

Onsite Customer journey shaping. Maintain a balanced onsite experience across product guidance brand messaging and activism content. Partner with eCommerce and Marketing to optimise conversion and engagement through curated onsite journeys. Contribute to expanding onsite content reporting for deeper visibility into the full customer journey.

Multilingual content coordination. Oversee localisation workflows and language expansion across the EMEA site. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency accuracy and relevance of content across supported languages. Support opportunities for localised content strategies that improve customer relevance and journey performance.

Projects and Optimization. Maintain momentum on in flight web projects ensuring clear progress updates and timely delivery. Drive awareness education engagement and activism through stories and other tools on the site. Contribute to A/B test setup execution and insights to drive continuous optimisation.

Web Content production and formatting. Translate campaign briefs into structured web content deliverables. Coordinate with freelancers and developers to ensure content is formatted correctly meets brand standards and is ready for publishing across all touchpoints.


What were looking for:

An inclusive mindset

4 years of experience in web content management or relevant Digital Marketing eCommerce Brand marketing areas

Good understanding of campaign planning and publishing workflows used to manage the seasonal content calendar and coordinate weekly releases with developers and stakeholders across multiple regions.

Good understanding of project and task prioritisation applied to manage simultaneous web content updates campaign needs and localisation requirements within a structured publishing calendar.

Good understanding of content localisation and multilingual coordination enabling the role to deliver regionally relevant web content across supported languages and ensure consistency in tone and structure.

Good understanding of balancing product and brand storytelling used to shape web journeys that reflect Patagonias commercial goals environmental values and regional priorities.

Good understanding of CMS tools and front-end collaboration applied to prepare and structure content for publishing troubleshoot layout issues and work effectively with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation across the site

This is a temporary full-time position based in Amsterdam to support the team for 8 months starting from May 2026.

We have a hybrid work model working from home for maximum 3 days per week
