Job description
As a Project Supply Manager you are part of the core project team and represent the Supply Chain department throughout the full project lifecycle. Acting as the coordination point between procurement production logistics engineering and the customer within the project. With your experience you ensure that everything related to Supply is delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role requires a strong combination of commercial insight technical understanding and logistical coordination.
It is your responsible to gather all the information needed for the project and translate it into a procurement plan including procurement instructions for the team and ultimately transform that into a transport and logistical plan. As Project Supply Manager you are commercially responsible for main contract in the projects..
You work closely with the Project Manager Commercial Project Manager Project Engineer and the Design Engineer and report to the Manager of Supply.

Job requirements
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Develop present and implement purchasing strategies in line with the organization and project targets;
Ensures proper execution of the project and acts pro-actively in case of possible deviations;
Delivers input for or formulates project planning;
Implement update and monitor supply principles and associated processes;
Communicates with interested parties regarding adjustments to and progress of projects;
KPI monitoring and reporting;
Contributes to or performs contract account and / or claims management;
Candidate requirements
Bachelors degree preferably with a technical background.
Moderate years relevant experience in technical markets and project organizations
Commercial sense and clear affinity with and knowledge of legal and financial aspects
Excellent team player with different disciplines
Good working knowledge of English and Dutch both written as verbal
Willingness to travel
