About the role

MinRes is looking for an Induction Centre Coordinator based at our Queensland Induction Centre in this position youll play an important role in creating a positive first impression for every new team member joining Mineral Resources.

This will be a part time role working Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities will include;

Ensure the face-to-face and remote inductionexperience for each candidate is outstanding
Administration tasks including development of inductee training plans booking system management and monitoring shared inbox in Outlook to ensure timely responses
Uploading of relevant tickets and certificates into INX
Engage and support inductees throughout the day with online learning modules to ensure they are compliant to mobilise to site
Ensure that inductees are fitted and issued with correct PPE and recorded correctly
Maintain accurate inventory control and prompt replenishment of PPE

What youll bring to the team

Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with exceptional customer service
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Good organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
