We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Specialist E-commerce to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for planning executing and optimising performance marketing campaigns across key digital platforms with a focus on driving e-commerce growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other major performance marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimise e-commerce performance campaigns across Google Ads Meta platforms and other relevant channels.
- Analyse campaign data generate actionable insights and provide regular performance reports to internal teams and clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise ROI and achieve client KPIs including sales revenue and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including regional analytics and account management to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends technologies and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Manage campaign budgets ensuring efficient allocation of spend and accurate reconciliation.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations communicating strategies results and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Utilise performance marketing tools and platforms to monitor analyse and optimise campaigns in real time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business Communications or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in running and optimising e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other key performance platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies conversion optimisation and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Business Manager etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in English. Hebrew at least on conversational level.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive innovative and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
