This role blends strategic media thinking with hands-on creative work throughout the lifecycle of performance-driven campaigns- from concept and storytelling to execution optimization and scale. Youll work closely with designers editors and marketers to craft compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and elevate Yves Rochers presence across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Execute performance-driven creative strategies for paid social channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok and YouTube.
- Support the planning launch and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns with a focus on ROI efficiency and scalable growth.
- Take part in the full creative lifecycle: ideation briefing asset production testing iteration and performance review.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners (creative media production) to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
- Help develop creative concepts scripts storyboards and visual directions based on performance data and brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign results to identify strong creatives messaging angles audiences and optimization opportunities.
- Assist in budget optimization and pacing to improve campaign performance and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to structured testing frameworks and help maintain organized repeatable creative work
- Stay up to date on paid social trends emerging formats platform updates audience behavior and new AI-powered tools.
