We are looking for a talented Billing and Collection Specialist for our growing Finance team who would take an active part in working with our customers and internal teams.

Position type: 60% part-time (5 days per week) hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial transactions in accordance with internal finance guidelines and approval procedures.
• Handle daily invoicing activities including validation issuance and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Take full ownership of customer billing inquiries from initial contact through final resolution ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers while understanding their business priorities.
• Examine sales agreements purchase orders and related documentation to confirm billing accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales Finance and Customer Support to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage internal update requests including customer address modifications billing profile adjustments pricing updates service cancellations or reactivations and recurring charge setups.
• Conduct collection efforts support special billing arrangements reconcile account discrepancies and provide required financial documentation to customers when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in billing collections or a related finance role- an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related discipline- an advantage.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS company or within a high-tech industry environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward performance targets.
• High level of English proficiency both spoken and written.
• Ability to work autonomously prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Foundational knowledge of financial analysis revenue recognition practices and general accounting principles.
