Job Summary

Our headquarters are in Tel Aviv and we have offices in Argentina Spain UK US and India.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Specialist to join our Finance this role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process ensuring accuracy in invoicing and maintaining strong communication with both internal departments and global clients. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a knack for data integrity and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue monthly statements and invoices across multiple products
Track incoming payments and support collections follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of open balances and payment status
Support dispute management in collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
Assist with month-end and year-end billing processes
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across billing reports and systems
Requirements:
2 years of experience in billing finance operations or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite advantage)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
