Your Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial product leader to define and execute the strategy roadmap and delivery of Gravitys AI platform. You will lead AI-driven platform capabilities including LLMs SLMs machine learning systems and intelligent workflows that enable trustworthy automation across healthcare use cases.

A day in the life at Innovaccer

Own the product vision roadmap and strategy for the AI platform

Identify opportunities to apply AI across healthcare workflows

Lead PRDs user stories acceptance criteria release planning and iteration

Collaborate with Engineering Data Science and Design on delivery

Productize LLMs SLMs and ML models for production use

Build intelligent task automation and decision-support workflows

Define model routing prompt management and deployment frameworks

Establish evaluation frameworks for reliability accuracy and trust

Drive human-in-the-loop controls for high-risk clinical workflows

Track metrics and continuously improve platform performance and adoption

Requirements

What You Need

6 years of product management experience in platform or enterprise SaaS environments
Hands-on experience with AI/ML products NLP LLMs and intelligent automation
Experience moving ML models from experimentation to production
Strong collaboration with engineering and data science teams
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Experience designing scalable APIs and platform services
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS/PaaS systems

Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 (preferred)
Strong communication prioritization and problem-solving skills
