About This Role
We are seeking a highly seasoned market access leader to shape U.S. market access strategy for Biogens Alzheimers portfolio. This seniorlevel role carries enterprisewide visibility serving as a key advisor to Biogens executive leadership a strategic partner to Investor Relations and a critical interface with Biogens alliance partners.
As a strategic integrator across Biogens Market Access & Reimbursement (MA&R) organization Alzheimers commercial teams and alliance counterparts the Senior Director will influence assetlevel strategy communicate performance to the highest levels of the company including the CEO executive leadership and Board of Directors and shape businesscritical decisions on access reimbursement and patient adoption.
What Youll Do
- Shape the longrange market access vision for Biogens Alzheimers drug shaping payer provider and siteofcare strategies across Medicare (Part B & D) Commercial and Medicaid channels.
- Establish deep trustbased relationships with our external partners market access executives serving as Biogens senior-most MA&R voice within the alliance.
- Influence strategic choices including payer strategy reimbursement initiatives KPI definitions SubQ launch positioning and crosscompany operational alignment.
- Partner directly with Biogen senior leadership including preparation and briefing for ELT decision forums portfolio updates and business reviews.
- Lead development of market access content for Investor Relations including Q&A preparation earnings support external messaging alignment and scenario analyses.
- Support Board of Directors preparation shaping clear and compelling narratives around Alzheimers access payer trends reimbursement challenges/opportunities and alliance performance.
- Manage governance touchpoints ensuring Biogens perspectives priorities and insights shape alliance decisions at seniorleadership tables.
- Shape the Alzheimers access KPI and performance framework including definition of metrics dashboard design insights generation and monthly/quarterly business reviews with Biogen and Eisai leadership.
- Translate complex access dynamics into executiveready storytelling ensuring clarity across internal stakeholders.
- Guide overall crossfunctional strategic alignment translating policy evidence reimbursement and trade dynamics into clear strategy launch plans execution priorities and riskmitigation pathways for both IV and SubQ formulations.
- Partner closely with alliance and internal stakeholders to ensure Access & Reimbursement Managers (ARMs) and Field Reimbursement teams receive clear direction and realtime insights that translate strategy into measurable execution improvement

You are a highly strategic analytically rigorous senior leader with demonstrated success building and communicating market access strategies for complex specialty biologics. You inspire confidence with executives and alliance partners can simplify complexity for Investor Relations and Board audiences and thrive in highvisibility highstakes roles. You excel at influencing across organizations and navigating the nuanced dynamics of alliance partnerships.
Required Skills
- 15 years of U.S. Market Access experience with launch leadership in specialty biologics; Alzheimers/neuroscience strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (MBA MPH MS) preferred.
- Experience serving as a advisor to senior leadership including contributions to Investor Relations earnings preparation or Boardlevel communications.
- Demonstrated success leading or influencing in alliances/copromotions ideally in situations with high strategic complexity.
- Deep expertise in Medicare (Part B & D) coding/certification pathways reimbursement mechanics siteofcare economics and patient support/HUB models.
- Proven ability to define KPIs derive insights and lead highstakes business reviews.
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills including the ability to elevate technical or detailed market access info into crisp narratives for ELT and Board audiences.
- Track record of leading crossfunctional teams and driving impact across large complex organizations.

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including but not limited to relevant skills & experience job location and internal equity.
