Strategist and growth leader focused on identifying and advancing top opportunities to drive organizational success. Identify quantify and shape new growth propositions for clients. Formulate overall strategy to target growth opportunities by leveraging client market and human insights. Work with product managers and designers to realize the growth opportunity coming from a new business product or service and launch test and scale it in the market.

Must have:

10 years of professional experience
Expertise in strategic planning market analysis and business development with a strong ability to influence marketing initiatives and align them with growth objectives
Experience with leadership collaboration data-driven decision-making stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies

Nice to have:

Ability to foster cross-functional partnerships leverage market trends and deliver innovative solutions to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
