We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a well-established facilities organization supporting a complex high-availability operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management operation and reliability of facilities mechanical systems to support continuous operations
Lead system expansion and optimization initiatives ensuring safe stable and efficient performance
Act as Project Manager for capital projects providing technical direction and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives
Manage and develop a team of engineers technicians and external contractors to ensure operational excellence
Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives including performance tracking and continuous improvement programs
Manage and control capital expenditure operating costs and manpower planning within approved budgets
Ensure effective day-to-day operations including preventive maintenance support issue resolution vendor and contract management spare parts tracking billing and reporting
Serve as a technical advisor and problem-solver for complex facilities and mechanical challenges
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulatory and internal performance standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management within semiconductor manufacturing or advanced industrial environments
Strong hands-on experience managing mechanical systems in high-reliability high-volume operations
Proven track record in project management stakeholder coordination and contractor management
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is highly preferred
