Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager Professional Services to join our Professional Services team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore reporting to the Director Professional Services. You will lead a team of senior consultants architects and project managers deploying Zscaler solutions for strategic and large-scale customers. You are a leader who connects with internal and external executives with ease driving progress and solving complex issues with a direct partnership-oriented approach.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

  • Lead the hiring onboarding skills development and performance management of a high-performing technical team
  • Drive collaboration across Sales Support and Product Management teams to ensure successful deployments and stakeholder interlocks
  • Navigate and resolve complex project issues and escalations while maintaining consistent communication with executive stakeholders
  • Manage all project resourcing budgets timelines and deliverables while achieving operational excellence through Professional Services KPIs
  • Partner with global leadership on long-term strategic planning and organizational decision-making to scale the practice

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 15 years of experience in Professional Services or Solution Delivery with at least 8 years in a technical leadership and people management role
  • Proven track record of managing direct delivery for customers in the APJ region specifically within the India market
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the organization confidently to senior executive leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive informed decisions regarding margins and utilization targets
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing organizational strategy within a global service delivery framework

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Industry-recognized certifications such as Zscaler Cisco Juniper or Palo Alto Networks
  • Working understanding of industry solutions - sdwan Proxy solution firewalls NAC DNS IPsec GRE Data protection logging and reporting
  • Technical proficiency in authentication systems such as SAML LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory
